The Atlantic Agricultural Hall of Fame will be inducting four new members at its annual awards ceremony on Thursday, October 18th. Dr. Ron Taylor is the Nfld honouree.
Dr. Ron Taylor’s dedicated veterinary career and steadfast commitment to the well-being of animals and producers alike, contributed to the positive growth of the dairy industry in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Upon graduation from Veterinary College in 1975, Ron began work as the Regional Veterinarian with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. This is a position he held for 32 years. His tireless commitment to education and the development of health programs has had far-reaching benefits for generations of producers. His dedicated service has left a lasting impression on the dairy industry in Newfoundland and Labrador.
We look forward to celebrating Ron’s considerable contributions during his induction into the Atlantic Agricultural Hall of Fame, Thursday, October 18th.
