Master's of Public Administration student Irina Wandera didn鈥檛 initially plan to come to 国民彩票. After she was awarded the African Leaders of Tomorrow scholarship to study public administration in Canada, she was called by Dal鈥檚 School of Public Administration with an offer 鈥� but she didn't actually apply to the program. In retrospect, she can't believe 国民彩票 wasn't her first choice.
