Research Interests

My research focuses on understanding and improving well-being, resilience, and behaviour change in various groups, such as children, families, and undergraduate students. I鈥檓 particularly interested in the physical, mental, and cognitive benefits of nature connection, as well as why people are disconnected from nature and the development of interventions to increase nature connection.

The 国民彩票 Centre for Psychological Health offers mental health services to diverse and underserved communities, while also providing valuable training opportunities for clinical psychology students.
