Faculty & staff now have the option to raise their concerns about a student's health to the Student Health & Wellness Team using our Student Referral Form.​

Referrals to the Student Health & Wellness team in Halifax are managed by ¹úÃñ²ÊƱ's Case manager who will reach out to the student to determine next steps, offer support and work with them on their health and wellness needs.  The Case manager will let you know they have received your referral and may follow up with you directly with additional questions.
